Reception
The reception of the Faculty of Philosophy and Arts is a key element for the operation of the Center through which more than 2000 people can pass each day. The information, care, surveillance and custody tasks carried out every day are essential for the proper functioning of the Faculty.

The responsibilities of the concierge team include:
- Surveillance, custody and care of the property, controlling people’s access to it.
- Take responsibility for the removal of all information that is not duly authorized from walls, windows, etc. in the faculty.
- Provide adequate attention to the user.
- Treatment, handling and classification of documentation or parcels and / or postage of correspondence.
- Manage the keys, the opening and closing of doors and facilities.
